Black Forest Hunt Mirror Frame - $1650.00
These beautiful, completely hand carved, Black Forest Mirrors are each original works of art. The mirror frame is made from solid chestnut and the overall size is 41 1/2" x 30" x 2 1/2" with a mirror opening of 32" x 22".
The mirror depicts scenes which are common within the Black forest. At the very top of the mirror stand two wild boar, the sides depict 2 Cappercaille (a favorite European grouse type game bird) and at the bottom 2 roaring stags stand in front of majestic mountains.
(The mirror glass is not included)
